PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Wheatfield on April 6, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wheatfield Town Hall, 2800 Church Road, North Tonawanda, New York 14120, regarding the adoption of a proposed Local Law No. 1-2020, which would add additional STOP signs on public streets within the Town of Wheatfield, and said Local Law is entitled “Amendment to Section 185-33, Article VI, Schedule I: Stop Intersections. An abstract of which is as follows:

Proposed Local Law No. 1-2020, Chapter 185 – Vehicles and Traffic, Article VI, Section 185-33, Schedule I: Stop Intersections.

The Town Code of the Town of Wheatfield is hereby amended as follows:

Chapter 185 – Vehicles and Traffic, Article VI, Section 185-33, is hereby amended by adding the STOP signs in the Town of Wheatfield:
