Members of the Town of Wheatfield Planning Board meet twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each Month, starting at 7:00 p.m. ending when all agenda items have been addressed. Meetings are held in the Town 2nd level Conference Room.

Work Sessions precede the official Wednesday sessions on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 9:00 a.m., and ending when all agenda items has been addressed. Meetings are held in the Building Department Conference room lower level of the Wheatfield Town Hall. The purpose of the work session is to review plans coming before the Board the following day. The plans are perused to ascertain concerns that should be addressed at the formal review. No other actions for decisions are made at the work sessions.

Exceptions to the above. Only one meeting in the month of July, occurring on the 1st Tuesday and 1st Wednesday of the month. Also, only one meeting in the month of August, occurring on the 3rd Tuesday and Wednesday of the month.
