Town Hall Upper Level Meeting Room
Meetings are open to the public and are held the 1st and 3rd Wed. of the month. Applications are placed on the agenda on a first come, first serve basis. the submission deadline is 21 business days prior to the meeting date. The Building Dept. must receive completed applications, fee, and checklist items by 12:00 pm 3 Wed. before the scheduled Planning Board meeting. Anything received after deadline will be reviewed at a subsequent meeting.
